Hydrogen is currently supporting a leading international law firm with the appointment of a Corporate Associate to join it's highly regarded London transactional team. This is a great opportunity for a driven lawyer to expand their exposure to high-value, complex and cross-border matters with specialisms in Financial Services, Real Estate, Energy and Infrastructure.
The firm's Corporate practice advises on a diverse range of domestic and international transactions, spanning public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, joint ventures, restructurings and broader strategic advisory work. Associates are actively involved throughout the full lifecycle of transactions from initial structuring and negotiation through to execution and post-completion integration.
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years' experience in Corporate transactions within a well-respected law firm.
- Strong drafting, analytical and project management skills.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing situations.
- Collaborative mindset with appetite to mento junior lawyers.
